GENERAL SURGEON GLOBE ARIZONA We are searching for a BC/BE General Surgeon located in Globe Arizonan about 90 miles East of Phoenix for a full time permanent position. No Visa candidates considered. Two years minimum General Surgery experience required.General conditions of a Contract would be: $500,000 annually, guaranteed for the first 18 months, transitioning to a 70% base plus RVU Primary residence in Globe/Miami Five Year Contract Paid Malpractice Four Weeks Paid Vacation (160 hours), Nine Holidays, and Five Days CME Full hospital benefits, i.e. medical, dental, vision, disability, etc. including Cobra reimbursement during first 90 days 401K up to 4% match to federal limit 457B CME 5 days and $2,500 Licensing and professional subscriptions $1,500 Sign-on bonus $25,000.00, paid in two payments: 1/2 on contract execution, 1/2 on first pay period of employment Relocation assistance to hospital service area available up to $15,000 Student Loan repayment $25,000 annuallyContact
