Gastroenterology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call 24;On Call Pay Rate: $1261.00 - $1365.00

This facility is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 24 hour call with dates from August- January 3rd
• Practice Setting: Inpatient emergency
• Type of cases and required procedures: All gastroenterology procedures.
• Credentialing timeframe: Facility will grant emergency privileges
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
• Certifications required: Board Certification or Board Eligible, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Fellowship required
• Licensure required: Active CA License

Facility Location
Redding is a city located off Interstate 5 and between the Canadian and Mexican borders. The Sacramento River also goes through this city. During the 1950s there was a great expansion of the lumber industry and two major dams in the Redding area now known as, the Whiskeytown Dam and the Keswick Dam, were built. During the housing and retail boom of the late 1980s the population of Redding grew to 66,462.
