StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call 24;On Call Pay Rate: $3104.00 - $3360.00

This facility is seeking a Vascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 24 hour call 7a-7a with call back: October 16th-Janurary 3rd
• Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call
• Types of Cases: Cath lab procedures
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
• Certifications Required: Board Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Licensure Required:AZ State License required
