State License Required: Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain
Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS
Experience: Prior clinical experience in Rheumatology preferred; new fellows welcome to apply
Additional Requirements: Strong communication skills, patient-centered focus, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases
Provide longitudinal management and follow-up of chronic rheumatologic conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including internal medicine and specialty services
Utilize Epic EMR for efficient and compliant documentation
Participate in quality improvement and clinical outcomes initiatives
Contribute to the continued development of the Rheumatology service line within Community Healthcare System
