The Interventional Radiology locum tenens opportunity in Tennessee-Location: Nashville, TN (30 minutes from the airport)-Duration: September or October 2026 June 2027 (potential for extension) -Schedule: 1 week per month -Shift: Monday Friday, 8a-5p + optional weekend call -Call: yes, unrestricted 8a-8a-Scope: 100% interventional, no diagnostics -EMR: Cerner-Hospital: Level II trauma, 286 beds, level II NICU-Requirements: Board certified or board eligible with Tennessee or Compact license-Procedures: Angiography and venography (diagnostic and interventional for peripheral, visceral) Angiography and venography (diagnostic and interventional for peripheral, visceral) Angioplasty (balloon, drug-coated, cutting) Stent placement (peripheral, venous, arterial, carotid, iliac, SFA, etc.) Thrombectomy / thrombolysis (peripheral, pulmonary embolism, DVT, stroke, dialysis graft) Required Embolization procedures:Uterine Artery Embolization (UAE)GI bleed embolization, including TIPS/portal interventionsTumor embolization IVC filter placement and retrieval Image-guided biopsies (liver, lung, kidney, bone, etc.) Drainage procedures:Abscess drainageBiliary drainage/stentingNephrostomy tubesParacentesisThoracentesis Gastrostomy / feeding tube placement (G-tube, GJ-tube) Lumbar punctures Myelograms Vertebroplasty / kyphoplasty (spine cement procedures) Pain injections (nerve blocks, epidurals, facet, SI joint) Tunneled and non-tunneled central venous catheters Port placement/removal Dialysis graft/fistula interventions (angioplasty, thrombectomy, stenting)
