This role offers the chance to practice in a thrombectomy-capable stroke center with access to advanced technology and strong subspecialty support. Physicians will join an established IR team with the opportunity to expand stroke intervention capabilities and perform a wide range of complex vascular and interventional procedures. The schedule is uniquely structured to promote balance, including a full week off every third week. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights Interventional Radiology within a Level 2 thrombectomy-capable stroke center Opportunity to perform endovascular thrombectomy and vascular cases Full spectrum IR: EVT, PE, TIPS, embolization, biopsies, drains, ports 3 Week Rotating Schedule: 1 week call 1 week clinical procedures (Monday - Friday) 1 week off 4 IR suites including one bi-plane + CT for procedures Strong APP support: 3 APPs assisting with consults and follow-ups Dedicated IR nurses and advanced-certified rad tech team Highly collaborative medical staff and referral base Leadership opportunities within physician-led system Base salary $700K-$740K 16 weeks PTO for exceptional work-life balance $5K CME + 40 hours
