Pulmonology Opportunity Outpatient Focus + 6 Weeks PTO + Growth Potential Independent, physician-led multi-specialty group in Minnesota seeking a full-time Pulmonologist to join an established and growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a high-impact, outpatient-focused pulmonary practice with leadership opportunities . Position Highlights: Primarily clinic-based Pulmonology with occasional inpatient consults Opportunity to serve as Respiratory Rehabilitation Director Ability to grow the practice through outreach within a 100K+ service area Practice in a state-of-the-art, $30M multi-specialty clinic Broad scope of pulmonary conditions: COPD, asthma, ILD, lung cancer, pulmonary hypertension, sleep disorders, and more Procedures include bronchoscopy, spirometry, pulmonary function testing, and stress testing Sleep Medicine interest or fellowship preferred Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with strong specialty support EPIC EMR Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine Eligible for Minnesota licensure and DEA Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation + sign-on bonus 6 weeks PTO Relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, disability, malpractice) 401(k) with employer contribution
