CoveragePsychiatryDates:Once credentialedM-F 8a-5p need to have 1-2 weeks available monthlyOngoing Need Possible weekend Call neededRequirements:- Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible - Must complete Psychiatry residency fellowship in geriatric psychiatry preferredHospital:- Address: Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, 1086 Franklin St., Johnstown, PA 15905- Inpatient unit = 29 beds- Call schedule: 1-2 days per week. 3 days on occasion Possible weekend Call neededOn call weekdays by phone from 5 pm until 8 am the following morning. On call weekends round on psychiatric units and see new consultations in the ED and med/surg on Saturday and Sunday.- Avg Patient Encounters while on call: Varies- Avg Called in whil on call: Varies, about 2-4 admissions, plus calls for behavioral issues, PRN medications, non-routine incidents on the unit- Response time: 30 minutes- Midlevels assist with new evals and summaries- EMR: Epic- Total Daily Encounters: Approx 12-15- Department/Units Rounding: Adult, DEM, consults
