Physician / Psychiatry / Kentucky / Locum or Permanent / Psychiatry Physician Job

Work Dates Needed: Projected start 7/20/26 or as soon as credentialed; ongoing. 2 weeks per months until permanent hire.
Preferred Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (Monday - Sunday). Onsite Hours: 8AM-4PM (daily inpatient rounding). Beeper Call: Evening + nighttime call during on-week
Worksite Setting: Inpatient Adult Psychiatry. 19 total beds. Avg daily census: 12-14 patients. Length of stay: 5-7 days (diagnosis-dependent)
Scope of Work: Daily rounding on all assigned patients, Treatment planning, med management, discharges, Responding to after-hours call issues for inpatient unit. Moderate census. Managable workload.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active KY license required, BE/BC. Able to consistently over 7 days blocks (2 weeks/mo) required.
