• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off rotation with night call. Call schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday + weekends. Night call is via phone consult unless there is an emergency (rare).
• Job Setting: Inpatient Psychiatric Unit - 26-bed unit; covers unit, ER, and other floors
• Types of Cases: Rounding (approximately 13 patients/day), admissions (1-3/day), discharges (1-3/day), consults (4-5 new; 8-9 including follow-up visits), histories and physicals. Patient population: Adults and occasional Geriatric. Average length of stay: 7 days.
• Daily Patient Volume: 20
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts with night call
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Nurse, Tech, Social Work
• Credentialing: Up to 90 days (must be completed within 30 days); orientation can be scheduled on start date

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certification Required
