About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a well-established outpatient behavioral health practice in the Tuscaloosa, Alabama area. Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management in an outpatient setting
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with APPs, therapists, and physicians to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
Participate in case reviews and treatment planning discussions
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care focused on patient outcomes

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active or eligible Alabama medical license
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team-based model
