Physician / Physiatrist / Arizona / Locum or Permanent / Phoenix Physiatry Locums Hire Job

-Location: Phoenix, AZ (Will be either Banner East Valley or Banner Central_ -Dates: ASAP and ongoing (duration still TBD) latest start they can consider is April 1, please don't send later starts on initial run of name clears, immediate is priority -Schedule: Mon - Fri 8a-5, no Call or Weekends. Will look at minimum of 2 weeks/month, prefer 4 weeks/month. -Scope: 100% inpatient, 15-18 patients/day, Co-management with IM, -EMR: Epic -Required: AZ or ACTIVE IMLC license, can't wait for someone to apply to IMLC. Board Certified strongly preferred, but will consider BE if within 2 year of graduation. -Temps will be issued, cleaner the background the better Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities ?
