Optimum has partnered with a leading cancer center in Tampa, Florida, with an opportunity for a Division Chief of Breast Pathology to join their team. This is a great chance for a skilled Breast Pathologist to lead a dedicated, dynamic team at a reputable healthcare facility. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-hour shifts Frozen call 1-2 weeks per year, Friday 5:30p-Friday 7:30a Annual Volume: 8,200 cases Caseload: 90% clinical, 10% administrative Overseeing a team of 10-11 breast pathologists No autopsies or pediatrics Interest in research is a plus EMR: Cerner, moving to Epic Beaker Must be breast fellowship trained Must be board-certified Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary Generous RVU incentives Medical malpractice with benefits Retirement plans with a match Promotion and tenure opportunities Please apply to learn more.
