StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8;On Call Pay Rate: $1823.60 - $1974.00

This facility is seeking an Otolaryngology Physicianfor locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
• Setting: Clinic & Surgery schedules
• Types of cases: Schedule procedures via surgery blocks with weeknight and weekend call rotation on a 1:3 ratio but they are flexible. Bread and Butter without trauma & no head/neck.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR)-Oracle
• Oklahoma State License
