ENT group includes 3 physicians and 2 APPs. Group includes one physician who specializes in laryngology. This specialty is always in high patient demand and the position has historically earned well over the median for efficient physicians. Highlights include: $625,000 + bonus based on RVU production $75,000 sign-on bonus $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3) Quality bonus (eligible upon earning base salary) 33 days of time off 5 days + $6,000 CME annually 1:4 call You wont find a better organization or group.
