A leading not-for-profit health system in Delaware is seeking board-certified or board-eligible otolaryngologists to join a growing hospital-employed ENT service line. This opportunity was created to meet sustained community demand while supporting clinical autonomy, balance, and long-term professional satisfaction.
Physicians will practice at one of two modern hospital campuses in central or southern Delaware, joining established ENT colleagues with strong patient volumes. The role supports a well-rounded otolaryngology practice with the flexibility to dedicate up to 50% of clinical time to subspecialty interests, including rhinology or head and neck. Dedicated advanced practice provider (APP) support, robust audiology services, Epic electronic medical record (EMR), and dependable operating room access allow physicians to focus on high-quality care in a collaborative environment.
Opportunity Highlights
Community Information
Physicians live and work in Dover and Milford, Delaware, communities known for accessibility, affordability, and a high quality of life. Delawares lack of state and local sales tax, combined with cost-of-living metrics that compare favorably with nearby Mid-Atlantic markets, allows physicians to maximize earning potential while maintaining balance.
Dover offers a dense suburban feel with access to parks, dining, and highly rated schools. At the same time, Milford provides a growing riverfront community with a small-town atmosphere and convenient access to coastal recreation.
