Pacific Companies is presenting a General Otolaryngology opportunity with a busy, physician-led ENT group in Northern California. This position is ideal for Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologists seeking immediate clinical volume, long-term stability, and true practice ownership from day one. The group serves both adult and pediatric patients and is currently booking several months out, allowing new physicians to ramp quickly in clinic and the OR. Physicians enjoy guaranteed OR access, efficient scheduling, and a strong procedural mix without block-time constraints. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

• General ENT practice with facial plastics opportunities available
• Immediate volume with rapid ramp-up in clinic and operating room
• Standard schedule of 1 full OR day and 4 clinic days with guaranteed OR access
