The practice is seeking a bread-and-butter orthopedist with interest across general orthopedics, including trauma, joint replacement, and sports-related injuries. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

• Hospital-employed General Orthopedic Surgery position
• Bread-and-butter scope: joint replacement, sports injuries, fractures, trauma
• Balanced schedule: 2.5 clinic days and 2 OR days weekly
• Dedicated OR block time with access to two ORs
• Level II-III trauma exposure with trauma call included
• MAKO robotic platform available
• Team includes 4 orthopedic surgeons and 5 supporting APPs
• Full anesthesia, hospitalist, ICU, and physical therapy support
• Strong referral base with immediate patient volume
• 1:5 call rotation with paid call stipend (TBD)
• Base salary $750,000+ with RVU productivity upside
• 3-year guaranteed compensation period (MGMA-based)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus + $8,000 relocation assistance
