Seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established and growing team within a stable, clinician-led organization. This individual will be replacing a recently retired surgeon while helping us grow and expand services to meet the needs of our thriving community.


Position Details:

• Practice includes Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, and Orthopedic Trauma with one full-time and one casual surgeon and four Advanced Practice Clinicians.
• An advanced Practice Clinician covers Primary Orthopedic Calls, with surgeons providing secondary calls.
• Primary Access to PACS system and EMR from home.
• Shared calls with an explanation of 1:4 focus on provider wellbeing and ensure a healthy work-life balance.
• Enjoy a loyal patient population with a strong referral network.
• Collaboration with orthopedic teams at facilities in Fargo, ND & Duluth, MN.
• Robust physical and occupational therapy departments create a supportive environment committed to excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Affiliated Hospital employs dedicated/full-time ED and hospitalist physicians.
