Ophthalmologist Locum Tenens Opportunity Location: Georgia Openings: 1 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Position Overview Perform comprehensive ophthalmology examinations for veterans or military applicants. Evaluate visual acuity, visual fields, ocular motility, pupil function, slit lamp findings, and fundus examination. Review relevant medical records prior to each examination. Complete required government documentation, including disability questionnaire forms, based on objective clinical findings. Evaluation only role with no ongoing treatment or management responsibilities. Required Qualifications MD or DO with residency training in Ophthalmology. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology. Active, unrestricted medical license in any US state. Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
