Schedule: Full time Monday through Friday 8am-6pm ideally.Shift: 4,10-hourCall: 15 days of call per month Total remote coverageYou do not come back into the Cancer Center/hospitalOnly on call for established patients (0-1/day)Non-established patients go to ED Patient volume: Average daily patients: 10-12, no more than 2 new patients a day.Scope: Oncology EMR: CernerHospital: 25 bed critical access hospital, Level IV trauma designationGroup/support: MA & nurse navigator. NO APP (They are recruiting a perm APP). They run 2 MDs and 1 APP, Only 1 perm MD at the moment and not using APP locums.10 infusion chairs.Requirements (boards, license): Must be Board Certified, Oregon licensed will consider unlicensed if can provide full time coverage only
