Quick Facts: Location: St. Rita's Cancer Center, Lima, OH & Grand Lake Regional Cancer Center, Celina, OH Start Date: 05/07/2026 Duration: Ongoing, with specific coverage dates Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:00 pm Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract/Locum Licenses/Certifications: Ohio Medical License, Board Certification in Radiation Oncology preferred Experience: Prior outpatient and inpatient radiation oncology experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $19.50 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time as per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Flight, hotel, and rental car expenses reimbursed for travel What You ll Do: Provide outpatient and inpatient radiation oncology care at a busy cancer center Order tests and imaging to determine appropriate treatment plans Prescribe radiation therapies including IMRT, SBRT, 3D-CRT, and stereotactic radiosurgery Collaborate with team members to develop and implement patient treatment protocols Document patient visits and treatments accurately in EMRs (Mosaiq, Epic) Support care delivery for adult patient populations with complex oncological needs Maintain compliance with all safety and procedural standards What You Need: Ohio Medical License (or eligible for licensure) Board-certified or eligible in Radiation Oncology Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred Strong understanding of advanced radiation therapy techniques Excellent communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment: This locum role involves coverage at a prominent outpatient cancer center, providing comprehensive radiation oncology services to adult patients.
