Physician / Oncology / Kentucky / Permanent / Physician - Radiation Oncology in Kentucky Job

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Job Setting: Onsite
• Patient Encounters Per Shift: 15
• Types of Cases:
  • External Beam Therapy (EBRT): Linear Accelerator (Rapid Arc/VMAT, Electrons), Tomotherapy, Superficial/Orthovoltage
  • Techniques: Conventional/Conformal Therapy, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS (all types), Intraoperative Radiation Therapy (IORT), Total Body Irradiation (TBI), Total Skin Electrons (TSE), Hyper Altered Fractionation
  • Treatment Planning: Conventional Treatment Planning, Beam Shaping (MLC), 3D CRT, IMRT, PET CT or MRI Image Fusion, Electronic Portal Imaging (EPI)
• Credentialing: IMLC not accepted due to short turnaround time. Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications:
  • ACLS - Required
• Licensure: Kentucky state license required (IMLC not accepted)
