Our client in the Southern Oregon region is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician. This Hospital offers a full range of services including wellness and prevention programs, and treatment of on-the-job injuries. This will be a self-employed position. This non-profit Hospital is offering a generous salary, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, annual CME allowance and 30 days off per year. Excellent dental, health, and vision.

Responsibilities of Occupational Medicine Physician:

• Wellness and prevention programs
• Treatment of on-the-job injuries
• Must be DOT certified

Requirements of Occupational Medicine Physician:

• MD or DO
• Licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners
• ACLS
• MRO certificate required
• Current DOT
