OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are scheduled and on-site at all times to support continuous patient care and team collaboration. First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians. Strong, reliable back-up call system. Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies. Guaranteed hourly rate. Extra shift incentive pay is available. Holiday pay incentives.
