Duration: September November (potential for extension)Reason for coverage: Emergency medical leave Schedule: 10 days of call, 1-2 days in clinic (clinic is optional)Shift: 7a-7a call, clinic Monday Friday 8a-5pCall: YesPatient volume: 300 deliveries per year, clinic 15-18 ppd Scope:Call: unassigned ED and group coverage (no circs, no high risk, 36 weeks or patients over 50 BMI get shipped out as high risk)Clinic: OB and GYN, preventive and prenatal/post-natal visitationsEMR: EpicHospital: 39 bed facility, no trauma designationGroup/support: 2 other OBGYNs in the group, 1 mid-wife (no supervision), 24/7 ED, PED on callEmergency Credentialing: Can credential in 24 hoursRequirements (boards, license): Oregon license and OR DEA required at time of application and board certified or board eligible
