JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Shift Schedule: Varied, 7a-7p; 7p-7a
- Reason for Coverage: Locum Need
- Patient Demographics: Low Risk 60%; High Risk 40%; GYN: 10%
- Average Daily Volume: 4 inductions, 1-2 C/S across clinic and private
- Case Mix: Low Risk Pregnancy, High Risk Pregnancy, Complicated Delivery, VBACs, GYN
- Trauma Level: Level II
- EMR System: EPIC
- Office Equipment Available: Standard L+D support equipment
- Support Staff Available: RNs: L+D RNs all EFM certified, PA/NPs: APRN per shift-primarily midwife, Office Staff: OB techs
- Credentialing Timeline: 3 months
- Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.)
- High Risk Pregnancy (i.e. with Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc.)
- FHR Interpretation NST/CST/FSE
- OB ultrasounds Performance of Level I/Screening (Viability)
- OB ultrasounds Performance of Interpretation
- Routine Delivery Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section
- Complicated Delivery C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc
- VBACs
- Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC or BE
- Licenses: Active OH License (might consider licensing candidates)
- Certifications: BLS; EFM from NCC
