The Practice: Growth Position Mentorship Available Newly Trained Physicians welcome CNMS do own deliveries Shared Call of 1:6-7 with Physicians in Practice 3-4 clinic days per week + post-call day 1-2 call shifts per week (4-6 per month, CALL FROM HOME) Minimum of 48 shifts of restricted in-house call coverage annually There s always a hospitalist + OBGYN 7 CNMs in Clinic, 1 Full-scope Physician, 1 GYN/Surg physician, Hospitalists Proficiency in Spanish a Plus.
