We are seeking a dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) physician for a locum tenens position near Sweet Water, AL. • Coverage Type:
  • Call only coverage
  • Full spectrum OB/GYN care, including both inpatient and outpatient services
  • Round on assigned patients, ensuring continuity of care
• Patient Load:
  • Manage up to 25 patients per shift
  • Work within a department with 20 beds dedicated to OB/GYN services
• Procedures:
  • Perform admissions as required
  • Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services, including labor and delivery, prenatal care, and gynecological surgeries as needed

• Licensure:
  • Must be licensed in Alabama
  • Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates
• Certifications:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) required
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required
• Board Certification:
  • Minimum requirement is board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Fellowship is not required
