Requirements:

Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 5 years of becoming board eligible - REQUIRED (no exceptions)
Valid MI license - REQUIRED - at time of employment.
4th year advanced endoscopy training required.
DEA - REQUIRED
BLS Certification and maintain recertification - REQUIRED
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation
BLS
