MFM in PA 65 miles to Philadelphia 1 hour to Baltimore 3 hours to NYC Community of 60,000 with a metro of 510,000 Amish Community as well Amtrak access to New York City and Philadelphia Full- time 1.0 FTE position. Experienced or new graduate physician candidates. Ideal candidates are to be board certified or board eligible. A graduate from an accredited school of medicine, completed a OBGYN residency and Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship. Prefer a practicing physician at this point. 5 MFMs in the community - 3 are employed. The other 2 are in private practice. Physician plans to retire in the future. There may be a need to start recruitment earlier for 2 positions with one of those roles being a leadership role. Typically, hours are Monday Friday 8:00a.m 4:30p.m. (no evenings or weekends) Last patient typically scheduled at 4:00p.m. And providers are typically out of the office between 5:00-5:30p.m. Average daily volume per physician in the office is about 16-24 patients seen per day. Call schedule: 1:3 call rotation (weekdays/weekends, rotate holidays), NPs don t participate in the hospital care at this point its only the physicians, No deliveries consult service only, rarely have to come in overnight, Volumes vary from say 0-3 patients on service to anywhere from 5-7 patients. Current staff: 3 Physicians (experienced) and 3 NPs, support staff to include RNs, genetic counselors, 9 certified ultrasound technologist. NPs do most of the in-office consults for the group and follow-ups and 40%-50% is seeing their own patient panel. They do most of the in-
