Quick Facts: Location: 5200 Harry Hines Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75235 Start Date: 07/24/2026 End Date/Duration: Full-Time Shift: Standard hours (schedule to be discussed) Hours/week: 40+ Employment Type: Permanent, full-time Licensure/Certifications: Texas State Medical License (or eligible) Experience: Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine Pay & Benefits: Pay rate: $1.00/hour (note: this appears to be a placeholder; salary will be discussed during the interview) Pay package: Competitive salary based on experience and training Benefits include: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Weekly pay via direct deposit Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) Supportive team committed to your success What You'll Do: Provide high-quality, evidence-based internal medicine care in a community-focused clinic setting Serve as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Health Equity Track, mentoring residents and providing clinical teaching in primary care, population health, and value-based care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including care managers, pharmacists, social workers, and community partners Implement and refine care strategies using population health tools and risk stratification Participate in quality improvement projects, journal clubs, lectures, case conferences, and scholarly activities Support clinical operations and address complex healthcare challenges with innovative solutions What You Need: Medical degree (MD or DO) and full medical licensure in Texas or eligibility to obtain it Board eligible or certified in Internal Medicine Experience or interest in health equity, population health, or value-based care preferred Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Dallas, TX, dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative, equitable, and patient-centered practices.
