This well-established organization offers a collaborative, physician-led environment with strong referral support, autonomy, and the potential for long-term partnership. Position Highlights: Full-time, 100% outpatient Internal Medicine position MondayFriday schedule; no weekends Light call only (phone call 2x/month) Practice with established Internal Medicine physicians in the same clinic Built-in referral base from 35+ primary care providers Fully integrated EHR (Altera TouchWorks) across all specialties Ability to build your own patient panel and pace Partnership track with full partner status in 3 years (minimal buy-in) Large, established group with 90 physicians and 70 APPs Compensation & Benefits: 2-year salary guarantee plus productivity incentives Signing bonus and relocation assistance (up to $10,000) Up to 6 weeks of vacation 8-week sabbatical leave 10 days of CME + $3,000 annual allowance 401(k) with profit sharing About the Community: The Hub City is the 8th largest city in the state and serves as a regional center for healthcare, business, and transportation.
