Internal Medicine Job Description & Responsibilities The Division of General Internal Medicine is an NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home, Level 3 Recognized practice. We use fully integrated EPIC inpatient and ambulatory EMR Join a remarkable team of General Internists and Advanced Practice Clinicians Provide comprehensive Medical Care for patients 18 and above Orientation time to ramp up schedule to a maximum of 8 patients per 4 hour session, 9 sessions per week Protected administrative time Wednesday mornings Dedicated nursing and administrative staff Clinical teaching in General Internal Medicine and/or Geriatrics Secondary call coverage a first call system in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients Faculty appointment from Columbia University, daily interaction with medical students, Internal Medicine, and Transitional residents Excellent technological and subspecialty support Salary: 230k Group Employed Model Job Qualifications MD, DO or MBBS Board Eligible or Board Certified New York State Licensure BLS Certification Required Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid time off, including vacations and holidays Life insurance and disability protection Paid malpractice Retirement plan CME time and money Moving allowance
