What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality primary care services across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatric patients.
• Provide comprehensive care, including preventive care (annual physicals, immunizations), management of acute and chronic conditions, and treatment of injuries.
• Build strong relationships with patients of all ages, fostering trust and clear communication.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and efficient practice environment.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• NYS medical license and a DEA registration.
• Minimum two years of experience providing primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
• Strong clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and excellent communication abilities.
• A commitment to lifelong learning and staying current with medical advancements.
• Ability and willingness to treat patients across the lifespan (from newborns to geriatrics).
