In partnership with Emory University School of Medicine, AMN Healthcare is supporting the recruitment of two Transplant Hepatology physicians to join one of the nations highest-volume liver transplant programs. This recruitment supports continued growth and a new area of focus for 2 of their faculty members, bringing total coverage to 9 FTE. This is a clinically focused position within a nationally ranked academic transplant center, with opportunities to participate in education, program development, and clinical research.

Clinical Responsibilities:
Outpatient hepatology and transplant care
Participation in full transplant call rotation
Perform endoscopy and colonoscopy within call structure
Inpatient consult service and transplant service coverage
Collaboration with GI fellows and multidisciplinary teams
Team & Support:
40+ inpatient APPs supporting abdominal transplant services
3 dedicated outpatient APPs for Hepatology/transplant
Established leadership and subspecialty programs (Viral Hepatitis, Fatty Liver, Transplant Oncology, etc.)
Academic appointment with participation in: Fellowship training, educational activities, etc.
Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified in Gastroenterology (required) and Transplant Hepatology
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Transplant Hepatology Fellowship
Eligible for Georgia medical license and DEA
