Job Description & Requirements Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $276.45 - $299.25 This facility is seeking an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Friday 5:00 p.m. to Monday 8:00 a.m.; weekend rounding and overnight call. Patients Per Day: Advanced heart failure, cardiogenic shock, and heart failure patients; volume not specified. Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient. Cases/Procedures: Advanced heart failure management, cardiogenic shock, Impella, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, mechanical circulatory support. Credentialing Timeframe: 030 days. Certifications Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology; Heart Failure Fellowship required. Licensure Required: Active Florida medical license.
