Position Details: Schedule options: 4-day workweek 4.5-day (4/1) workweek 5-day workweek No weekends Outpatient only - all ages Minimal telephone-only call Patient volume: 1621 per day Epic EMR Full support staff at each locationIdeal Candidate: BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut Strong interest in long-term outpatient care and patient relationships Ties to the region or clear interest in relocating to Connecticut
