Work Dates Needed: January 4, 2027 May 15, 2027 (approximately 4 months) Preferred Schedule: Clinic: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Call: 7 days per week throughout assignment Primarily consultative Not required to be in-house Inpatient rounding up to approximately 2 hours daily when needed Physician may combine clinic and call coverage if preferred No admissions or discharges required Worksite Setting : Cancer Care Center Scope of Work : Outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic coverage, Oncology consultations, Inpatient rounding as needed, Chemotherapy management and treatment planni, Coordination with physician, APP, nursing, and support staff teams Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active IN license and IN Federal DEA, IMLC not accepted. BC Hematology/Oncology, EPIC experience preferred, Available Jan-May 2027, Comfortable w/7-day call coverage, Experience with NCCN guidelines and chemotherapy protocols EMR : EPIC
