No state income tax.OVERVIEWPrivate single specialty group is seeking a qualified Regional Director of Hospitalists to its growing program at a community hospital Q3. Will work 7 on/7 off or variation. ROLEWill supervise 3 Sites in New England and report directly to CEOStrategic & Clinical Leadership: Develop and implement a vision for hospital medicine across assigned markets, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to evidence-based protocols.Operational Management: Oversee provider staffing models, recruitment strategies, and budgeting in partnership with operational leaders.Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives focused on patient safety, care standardization, and key performance metrics like length of stay and readmission rates.Liaison & Collaboration: Act as the primary link between hospitalists, medical staff leadership, and administration to align goals and address operational challenges.Team Development: Provide mentorship, performance coaching, and career guidance to site leaders and advanced practice providers (APPs)PACKAGEYear 1 Salary up to $350kAnnual Director Stipend $40k $15k Annual Bonus for QualityBenefits: Full Medical for entire family, PTO, CME, 401k
