Job Description Nocturnist opening in Fargo, NDLocated in Fargo, ND - Minneapolis/St. Paul 3.5 hoursFull-time; PermanentEmployed Overview: Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician Family Medicine candidates must have at least 1 year of hospitalist experience or completed a hospitalist fellowship Join a strong, collegial hospitalist team with 20+ physicians and NP support 140-bed hospital with closed ICU No procedures required Access to specialty support and 24/7 intensivist coverage Patient care includes cross coverage, admissions, and tele-hospitalist responsibilities Three nocturnists scheduled per shift Nocturnist schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM 7 on / 7 off scheduling with flexibility 1.0 FTE equals approximately 19.2 weeks per year Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Ability to obtain North Dakota medical license Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $369,942 plus additional incentives Bonus, quality, and production-based compensation opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage 401(k) with employer contributions CME and professional development support Flexible scheduling options Generous paid time off Wellness programs supporting physical and mental health About the Area:Fargo is a vibrant and growing community located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota, with a metro population exceeding 200,000.
