Job Description

  • Coverage Need
    • October 2023 - Ongoing
    • Needing coverage for DAYS and NIGHTS
    • Shifts:
      • DAYS: 7am-7pm
      • NIGHTS: 7pm-7am
  • Clinical Information
    • 5-6 Day providers
    • Avg. census per provider each day:
      • Goal of 15-18
    • Average number of admits per provider on the night shift:
      • On busy nights: 12-16
    • No midlevels
    • Open ICU? TBD
    • Procedures required? Doubtful, but not sure yet
    • Central lines/intubations required?
      • Doubtful, still verifying
    • Vent management required?
      • Doubtful, still verifying
    • APP supervision required? No
  • Required
    • Need minimum availability of 5+ shifts per month
    • Active CA License and dedicated CA DEA
    • Must be Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
    • Prefer Clean background and malpractice
