What You Will Bring to the Role: Medical degree (MD) with Board Certification in Hospital Medicine or equivalent Valid CA medical license AHA ACLS certification Proven experience in high-acuity hospital settings, adept at managing complex cases Skilled in performing procedures during night shifts and responding to emergencies (code blue, vents, etc.) Ability to work at both Irvine and Los Alamitos campuses and credential quickly Comfortable working night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) including weekends and holidays as scheduled Additional Skills That Are a Plus: Experience with Epic EMR system Prior experience working in closed ICU environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced settings Preferred Education and Experience: MD degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of recent hospitalist experience in high-volume hospitals Bilingual abilities are a bonus but not required Other Requirements: Willingness to work night shifts and procedures Drive-in candidates only (mileage and hotel reimbursement offered; flights not covered) Authorization to work in California Credentialing timeline of approximately 30 days Step into a rewarding role that combines professional growth with meaningful patient interactions.
