Providers will work four 10-hour outpatient shifts per week, primarily Monday through Thursday, with on-call responsibilities limited to 1-2 weekday evenings and occasional weekend hospital consultations. The clinic operates Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am 5:00 pm, with a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Providers will be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional hematology and oncology care while maintaining a manageable work-life balance.
