Quick Facts Location: 1530 Lone Oak Road, Paducah, KY 42003 Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: Flexible, generally standard hours Hours per Week: Full-time Employment Type: Locum-to-Perm Licenses/Certs: KY Medical License (or eligible) Experience: Prefer 2+ years in Hematology/Oncology Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $19,500.00 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable state-federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide expert Hematology and Oncology care primarily in outpatient clinic settings Manage patient consults and follow-ups, averaging 22 patients/day with 2 3 new consults Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using EPIC EMR system Follow clinical protocols and coordinate care with hospital and clinic staff Support patient education and treatment planning Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives What You Need Required: Board-certified/board-eligible Hematology-Oncology physician Active KY medical license or eligible for licensing Strong clinical skills in adult Hematology and Oncology Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Experience with EPIC EMR Prior outpatient and hospital-based experience About the Assignment Join a respected medical oncology and hematology department committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients.
