Quick Facts Location: 945 Goethals Drive, Richland, WA 99352 Start Date: 07/30/2026 Duration: 12+ months Shift: Full-time (Monday Friday preferred), flexible between clinic and hospital duties Hours/Week: Variable based on schedule Employment Type: Locum Tenens Licenses/Certs: Active Washington license or IMLC eligibility, DEA, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: Minimum 3 years post-training (or 2 years plus fellowship) Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), licensure and travel reimbursements, paid sick time, robust referral bonuses, 24/7 support team, and other reimbursements as applicable What You ll Do Provide OB/GYN care in outpatient clinics, hospital operating rooms, and ambulatory surgery centers Support women s health initiatives and patient education Perform and assist with gynecological surgeries and procedures Collaborate with OB/GYN team, APPs, and nurse midwives Manage patient consultations, prenatal and postpartum care Support on-call coverage as needed, with flexibility to transition between responsibilities Mentor and clinical consultation for junior staff and midwives What You Need Active Washington medical license or IMLC eligibility DEA registration Minimum 3 years post-training or 2 years plus fellowship Recent clinic and surgical experience in OB/GYN Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and collaboration skills About the Assignment Support a busy, growing women s health program at a modern, well-equipped facility in Richland, WA.
