What You Will Bring: Active North Carolina medical license and NC DEA registration (with NC address) NC Medicaid and Medicare/PECOS enrollment Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Current and complete malpractice coverage with no recent or open claims Proven experience in delivering babies with case logs from the past 24 months Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Strong clinical skills in high-risk deliveries, emergent GYN procedures, and on-call coverage for surgical interventions and deliveries Ability to work within hospital protocols and team support structures, including hospitalist, anesthesiology, and radiology teams Preferred Skills and Experiences: Experience working in volume procedures, emergency obstetric and gynecologic care Familiarity with hospital workflows and interdepartmental coordination Ability to efficiently manage multiple cases in a high-paced environment Additional Qualifications and Requirements: Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call duties, including emergent C-sections and gynecology emergencies Ability to reside within 20 minutes of the hospital premises Provide detailed case logs and documentation from the last 12 months to expedite the onboarding process Travel expenses (mileage, rental, airfare) will be capped at $500, with preferred all-inclusive rates or coverage of gratis hours We Offer a Supportive Work Environment and Competitive Benefits: Competitive pay packages, including weekly direct deposit payments Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) and robust referral bonus programs 24/7 dedicated team committed to your ongoing success Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other professional expenses This role offers the unique opportunity to provide impactful care in a collaborative, well-supported setting with manageable caseloads averaging 27 deliveries and 11 C-sections monthly.
