Compensation: - $300,000$400,000 total earning potential, commensurate with experience- Base salary plus work RVUs (productivity-based compensation tied to office visits and procedures)- Significant upside potential based on procedure/case volume

Additional Info: Seeking a Gynecologist to join our women's health team, based primarily at our Dobbs Ferry location with occasional office hours at our Yonkers location as needed. This is a GYN-only role no obstetric or labor call responsibilities.Highlights:- No call true GYN-only practice- Located at a lower-volume, boutique-style hospital near train access- Flexible, negotiable scheduling and location preferences- Competitive, productivity-driven compensationResponsibilities- Comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care across the lifespan- In-office procedures- GYN surgical care (no obstetric/labor component)- Collaboration with our multi-specialty teamQualifications- Active or eligible NY medical license
