• Schedule: Start Date: July 24, 2026 Ongoing Current shift availability: Friday, July AM - Monday, July AM
• Job Setting: Inpatient Call Only (Beeper) 85 beds in department Approximately 10 patients per shift Approximately 100 deliveries per year EMR: Cerner
• Types of Cases:
  • Low risk pregnancy
  • FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
  • OB Ultrasounds - performance and interpretation
  • Routine delivery: Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for C-section
  • Complicated delivery: C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions
  • Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
  • Surgical gynecology: Open, Operative/major (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's)
  • Laser certification required
  • Rounding: Assigned and Unassigned Patients
  • Admissions required
  • Phone consults
  • Call ratio: 1 Call response time: 30 minutes
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days Temporary privileges available Malpractice insurance provided by vendor Nearest Airport: Midway Airport - Chicago Lodging Recommendation: Holiday Inn Express - La Porte Facility will reimburse licensing costs

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Clean databank and clean background required
• Licensure: Indiana (IN) license required Indiana CSR required Indiana DEA required
