Position Details: Specialty : Obstetrics/Gynecology Location : Near Flagstaff, AZ Schedule : ASAP - Ongoing Shift : 24-hour on-call (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM) Practice Setting : Hospital Average Daily Census : 0 - 1 deliveries per shift Hospital Bed Size : 99 beds Work Details: Procedures : The role involves standard OB/GYN duties, with a primary focus on providing care for deliveries and covering for Nurse Mid-Wife if needed. Callbacks : Expect an average of 2-6 hours of callbacks per shift, allowing for a balanced workload. EMR System : Cerner is used for electronic medical records. COVID-19 Vaccine : Required, with allowances for medical and religious exemptions. Flu Vaccine : Required, with allowances for medical and religious exemptions. Requirements: Board Certifications : Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics/Gynecology. State Licenses : An Arizona medical license is required, or IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) is accepted. DEA Certification : Required for prescribing medications. Years of Experience : A minimum of 1 year of experience is required. Charting Experience : Experience with Cerner is preferred but not mandatory.
